Future Project
This is our next project in the line. It is property bought from local auction with purpose of holding long term in our investor's portfolio. We did all the research and due diligence and then sourced this property. We are turning this 3-bedroom mid terraced house into a 7-bedroom HMO (Sui-Generis). We have applied for necessary planning permissions with drawings to local council. We have prepared HMO management plan for our investor. All the other objection points have been taken into consideration i.e. lack of parking spaces, overdevelopment objections, fluid risk assessments, Neighbour objections etc. After the planning permission will be granted, we will complete work on this project in 8 weeks, find tenants for the property and fully manage for our investor as a HMO or SA.

Property Flip Project
We are currently working on a 3-bed dormer bungalow in Wolverhampton area. For this property we are using a fast turnaround strategy. After refurb to a very high standard, we will flip this property for capital gains. We bought this property from recent auction. This property was bought purposefully to be sold after adding value. In our property academy we teach you how to acquire similar properties to do up and sell for a profit. When buying from auctions, we have to be very careful and do our due diligence properly. There are many pitfalls when buying from auction for example high seller fees, restrictive covenants etc. We will guide you through the process step by step. Coming back to property, this beautiful house is located in a desirable neighborhood of Wolverhampton. It is short walk away from town center. We will refurb this property to very high standard with high end finishes. This project will be completed in 8 weeks from start to finish and then it will go on the market. We can find and do projects like this all year around for our investors.
